In 2017, the event was held under its new name for the first time. Exhibitors present offerings from the areas of building materials, construction IT, facades, windows, building automation, building technologies and doors. In 2018, the exhibition sectors Prefabrication Materials & Green Building, Building Chemistry, Construction Tools and Energy Efficient & Smart Solutions/BIM will be added. The established BAU Congress China was integrated into FBC. Last year's successful premiere saw 625 national and international exhibitors present themselves to around 95,000 visitors on 48,500 square meters.
