About Us

The German-Thai Chamber of Commerce

The German-Thai Chamber of Commerce (GTCC), located in Bangkok, promotes bilateral economic relations between Germany and Thailand since 1962.

The Chamber’s membership now stands at almost 600, hence it is one of the biggest foreign chambers of commerce in Thailand. The twenty employees have comprehensive country-specific knowledge about markets and industries, as well as many years of experience and expertise in representing business interests in Germany and Thailand. Through the GTCC Industry Committees, we enhance the active participation of our members, offer platforms for the exchange of knowledge and experiences among the members, and give a voice to businesses in the cooperation with our Thai partners in business, government and society.

GTCC provides services to German and Thai companies and acts as a strategic partner between the two economies. GTCC supports companies and institutions from both countries in opening up new trade and investment opportunities.

The offered services range from extensive market and sales consultancy, information events and trade fair services to an active representation of interests of German companies in Thailand.

We provide companies direct access to the markets of the ASEAN region via our service network with other German Chambers of Commerce abroad. We maintain close contacts with enterprises, associations, politics and administration in Germany and Thailand, and provide comprehensive information about economic relations between Germany and Thailand, their development, as well as the opportunities, which arise for companies.
